No Stone Left Alone Memorial Foundation is dedicated to honouring and remembering Canada’s veterans. Our unique ceremony provides students and youth with an authentic experience that creates knowledge, understanding and appreciation of those who serve and of the sacrifice of Canada’s fallen.
Financial donors are the heart of our mission. As a charitable foundation, our programs and ceremonies are funded solely through financial donations from caring individuals, businesses, schools, granting foundations, community groups, and fundraising events.
These generous gifts allow us to provide our programs and services at no cost to participants and helps to cover the cost of ceremony supplies (i.e. wreaths and poppies), program coordination, educational resources, equipment rentals, administration of ceremonies, and transportation, inspiring generations to remember and honour our military service.

As this was my first time going, I heard many teachers tell me that it was an honour to go but did not truly believe them. That is, until I stepped one foot into the cemetery and saw hundreds of headstones with names of heroes. Cherished lives of people who fought for my freedom. Even though they do not know me. Standing in the cold, listening to the sounds of the guns going off, gave me the push in the right direction. I don’t want to stand around and watch the world hurt itself. I want to be like the soldiers – fight for freedom and create an inclusive, and loving world. They gave up so much for us and now it’s our turn. We must make a better world for the next generation. Once again, thank you for an amazing opportunity that helped me realize so much.
